Travel Gluten and Dairy Free
Now that I am officially an empty nester, I have the opportunity to travel more with my husband. I am very excited about this new stage in my life! There are many things that I do before, during and after a trip to ensure successful dining both gluten and dairy free. As I travel to different locations, I will write a blog about what I did, See where I’ve been and learn what I have learned as I travel around the globe!where I had success, where I had problems etc. so that you and your family can have a leg up! I have also written a blog article about my typical procedure prior to traveling. Throughout the years, I have done my research and found a GF bed and breakfast in the Lake District of London, found a Vegan Creamery and a dedicated GF bakery in Paso Robles, a completely GF crepe stand in Edinburgh Scotland and more. I can’t wait to share it all with you!
