Polenta - Ingredient Roulette

In November, members asked about Polenta as an ingredient that they were not familiar with how to use! I love polenta as a side dish instead of rice or pasta, but, it is also a wonderful canvas for most any topping in its soft form or when set. Here I show you how to make it soft to use as a side dish or as a main dish with a meat/mushroom ragu as well as showing you how to set it and make one of my favorite appetizers. This was just in time for Thanksgiving so I thought an appetizer would be the perfect recipe!
