Not only will you learn how to make an amazing Dairy Free Basil Pesto that tastes just like the original, but, we then use that pesto to make a cucumber basil gazpacho, a pesto pasta with artichoke hearts and oven roasted tomatoes, and a wild salmon with pesto!
