Class: Asian-inspired Dinner

This was our February class and the idea was based on member feedback. These are two of my family’s favorite recipes, Larb Gai (Thai Lettuce Wraps) and Stir Fry. In class we made our stir fry with crispy tofu, since many people are not familiar with cooking tofu at home. Once you get the hang of it, it is an easy and delicious plant based protein to add to stir fry. There was no prep video with this class since the only prep was to prepare rice or noodles for under your stir fry and to chop up whichever vegetables you want in your stir fry!
