I am obsessed with this apple cider syrup! It is SO good as a dessert topping, as a dip for apples or as a sweet glaze on spicy vegetables! I made this to go along with the Apple Clafoutis for our “An Apple for the Teacher” class in September of 2021. The Clafoutis is delicious on its own, but with a drizzle of this…. the clafoutis or anything else you put it on will shine with delicious apple flavor!
