Dark Chocolate Bark with Dried Blueberries and Pistachios

This is a recipe from one of my in-person classes that I love to make when I need a quick something sweet for myself or guests. It is the perfect canvas for whatever you have in your pantry. Instead of dried blueberries and Pistachios, try dried cherries, cranberries or raisins. Use whatever nut you have on hand or substitute pumpkin seeds or cacao nibs! You can’t go wrong!
