Vegan Parmesan

This is a quick and easy recipe that can be used to top your favorite pasta or combined with breadcrumbs for a crisp and tasty topping! This recipe is thanks to the “Minimalist Baker”.

Ingredients:

3/4 cup organic raw cashews

3 Tbsp. nutritional yeast

3/4 tsp. kosher salt

1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to the food processor or blender. Mix/pulse until a fine meal is achieved. Store in the refrigerator to keep fresh. Lasts for several weeks.
