Class: Spring Frittata

This is our May 2021 class and we are fully into spring: the birds are chirping, the children are outside playing and the flowers are blooming! For our Spring Frittata class we will incorporate some of the seasonal vegetables like asparagus, artichoke hearts and spring onions in a delicious Spring Frittata with creamy herb sauce. It is perfect for a brunch for family and friends or for a light spring dinner! In addition we will prepare garlicky roasted potatoes and a spinach salad with strawberries and spiced pepitas!
