Class: Fall Favorites

This is our October 2021 class. It is made up of several of my very favorite recipes for early fall. Each year, this curried split pea soup is the first soup that I always crave. It is super simple to make and SO warming on a cool Fall day. The pumpkin pasta I developed last year. Everyone was posting their pumpkin pasta recipes, but they were all using processed ingredients. I wanted to develop something that was not only GF/DF and delicious, but also using only whole food ingredients. It turned out so well that even those in my household who hate pumpkin, LOVED this pasta! It makes a wonderful side dish or vegan entrée! The chocolate macadamia truffles are the perfect quick dessert for the holiday season. They make wonderful gifts as well!
